Heart-Conqueror Streams: Cooldown tweak
Added 2021-01-10 21:20:54 +0000 UTCI've been mentioning this in the past couple streams but starting this month the cooldown after getting a stream commission has been altered from the turn of the calendar month back to a strict 4 weeks. The date for when a commissioner's cooldown is over will be listed on the mercy count sheet. During this cooldown period mercy tallies won't be collected for that person. According to our statistics this should cut down on the average amount of time it takes for everyone to get a piece ^-^
