Commission Pricing Updates

Made some adjustments to commission prices for this year. The tldr; Bump in sticker price by $5, bump in painted ref pose by $25, and made some major adjustments for character drawings. Commission opening dates for January. Will be aiming for 5-7 Slots each week.
• January 5th: Open - All commission types.
• January 12th: Open - All commission types.
• January 19th: Remaining Closed
• January 26th: Open - All commission types.
