Considering Commission Slot Cooldown Period: Thoughts?

2021-01-18 03:47:12 +0000 UTCI apologize for changing the system up this year. I'll look into better times to post. From looking online, 12PM Pacific Time might be when most people are awake? I will have to look into timezones more.

2021-01-18 03:46:31 +0000 UTCRandom selection isn't terrible. That's the system I have used for the past few years. The main drawback I've found: It was mentally exhausting keeping track and make sure everyone had a fair shot. I just want to try a new system out for a while. Ultimately, if this first come first serve system doesn't work out then I will go back to weekly chosen slots.
