Hi everybody!

This week, I've been experimenting a bit with my artwork. I've been unhappy with my art for some time and it was exacerbated lately as my irl work isn't going well. So I took some time to experiment and sketch and just draw loosely…

I drew this back in 2023. I wanted to try pushing the expressions a bit more, since I've gotten a bit more mileage since then. Back then I'd only been doing digital art for maybe 4 years and was just happy to be able to draw any proportionate anime face.

I also drew this in 2023. The character on the left was a stereotypical housewife, but looked too cutesy instead of demure. The right is an improved "mommy" face.

Finally, here is a WIP of a 3-step full-body transformation sequence that I'm about 5 and a half hours into. I hope you love the fact that this salaryman has dots for eyes as much as I do!😝

I also want to experiment with colouring and shading but that will be for another time I think 🤔

P.S. Drawing gloves (I own at least 3) were going missing on a regular basis. As it turns out, this tiny culprit decided to stash them in the bed or in the cat condo for safekeeping 😂.
