Lexi Samuel’s heels clicked in a brisk, rhythmic cadence against the polished stone floors of Far Horizons Evolution Center‘s “Women’s Health and Wellness” wing as she strode away from the Aesthetics Clinic, tossing a quick “See you later, Patti!” over her shoulder at the receptionist’s desk.
“Later, Lexi!” Patti chirped, flashing a bright, dimpled grin.
But Lexi barely heard her. She‘d just left the blonde, obviously Polish sports reporter from Channel 5 alone with the half-loon of a surgeon and was already focused on her next stop. Tia’s appointment started twenty minutes ago!
She picked up her pace - <click click click>, feeling her large breasts jostle heavily in her bra - passing through the sleek, airy hallway leading into Far Horizon’s new ‘Adolescent Care & Female Development Clinic’. The change in atmosphere was immediate. Where the Aesthetics Clinic was designed to feel like a high-end beauty lab, this space was warmer - modern yet inviting, with an undeniable energy that reflected its young clientele.
Soft pastel tones of rose quartz, blush, and sky blue blended seamlessly with natural wood accents, creating a space that was fresh, uplifting, yet still polished and sophisticated. Bright skylights flooded the open areas with natural light, and every detail - down to the ergonomic lounge seating and the artwork celebrating female strength and evolution - was curated to make young women feel both safe and inspired. Lexi knew that just down the hallway were other spaces besides exam rooms - the well-equipped gym, the small lecture hall, the procedure rooms. This was not just any pediatrics practice. It was a specialized department aimed at guiding young women through physical, emotional, and intellectual development, ensuring they maximize their potential in the modern world. It was also carefully crafted to strike the new generation as ‘cool’. The new order is going to need more soldiers, she’d been told by Kathy, one of the ranking agents at this site, and we’re going to gather them, start building them here.
In the waiting room of the Adolescent Care Clinic were several mothers with their daughters, pre-teens to some college age. There was even one father tagging along, with his wife and their twin tennis prodigies. The front desk area was staffed by a young team, intentionally dressed in stylish yet casual attire to help patients feel more at ease. No intimidating white coats here - just confident, friendly faces who could have easily been cool older sisters or mentors. With ginormous boobs, of course.
The receptionist today, a bubbly brunette in a chic, fitted sweater and high-waisted slacks, looked up and greeted Lexi with an easy smile.
“Hey, Lex! G’Morning!”
Lexi nodded. Another Coronado girl. She thought she’d seen her before, but the new hires were starting to blur together. She certainly seemed to know Lexi, though.“ Hi, um…I’m looking for a patient. Tia McMahon.” She scanned the waiting room, and didn’t see the blonde teen. “Is she already in a room?”
“She is,” the receptionist confirmed. “Her mom’s with her too - so gorgeous, the two of them! Morgan’s with her. They're in exam room three, right around the bend.”
“Thanks.” As Lexi moved past the front desk, she spotted Josie - one of Far Horizons’ MA’s - chatting with Sammi, the clinic’s bright-eyed intern. Hair color today - pink. And white. And silver. She was, though, in her scrubs.
Josie - tall, effortlessly fit, and an old friend of Melissa’s - wore her signature warm smile but was not in her signature scrubs. Rather, she was dressed casually in a pair of black leggings and an autumn colored tank that was probably small on her a month ago; now she was practically bursting from it. She was discussing something with Sammi, whose youthful enthusiasm practically radiated off of her, along with something else.
Lexi gave them a quick wave. “Hey, girls!” Sammi was an agent, she knew, but Josie was not. She’d need to watch what she said. Even around Sammi…that girl’s loyalties seemed to be resting elsewhere, rather than from where Lexi took her orders.
Josie had turned, flashing a grin. “Hey, Lex! Dropping in for a lollipop?”
“Ha, no,” Lexi answered, “I’m looking for a patient, Tia McMahon. Here with her mom? She’s in Room…”
“Three? I think? Yeah, Three,” Josie answered, “C’mon with me. I’m headed in right now. Morgan sent me to get some pills to give to her. Wanna come with, Sam?”
“Nah I’m gonna ditch, go check on the BJ twins in Internal Medicine,” Sammi answered, in her strong Australian twang.
The young intern waved goodbye.
”I saw in the chart how you’d referred this girl for the Elite program,” Josie said, as she stepped to and grabbed the door handle for Exam Room Three, “Morgan’s already impressed, I guess. Says Tia’s prolly gonna be a perfect candidate.” She led the way, swinging open the door, and Lexi stepped inside.
The exam room itself was bright, sleek, modern yet warm, designed to put young women at ease while still maintaining the high-tech sophistication that defined Far Horizons Evolution Center. The walls were a soft blush ivory, the kind of tone that made every complexion glow, with subtle recessed lighting overhead. A biometric scanner hummed quietly beside the digital exam table, its surface seamlessly adjusting to a patient’s vitals and positioning.
Inside were three women.
“Hi Morgan,” Lexi greeted, getting a warm ‘Hallo’ in return - though Morgan seemed intent on something on the tablet she was holding. Lexi hadn’t actually realized that the big Hungarian APRN had been assigned here in Adolescent Care as well as with the Regression Clinic. Lexi did know something of Morgan’s, uh, work history, and her experience with…shall we say…small patients, but not necessarily in a pediatrics clinic.
Also in the room, seated along the wall, legs crossed with natural elegance, was the patient’s mother. She looked up as Lexi entered, offering a warm, slightly expectant smile. The woman, darker in hair and complexion than her daughter, was the image of a well-kept, suburban wife and mother - but one who hadn’t let go of the power of her femininity.
Lexi mirrored the woman’s smile. “Hi! Eva, right?” she offered, extending a hand and finding Eva’s grip firm, warm, assured. She recognized this type of woman immediately, the kind who had been beautiful in her youth, and instead of fading, had matured into something even richer - the kind of beauty that deepened with time. Though seated she appeared tall, and, even in something simple - a fitted knit top in deep merlot and crisp white jeans - there was an undeniable sensuality to her. The soft fabric clung perfectly to her buxom, hourglass figure, emphasizing her full chest, sculpted waist, and generous hips. The faint outline of a lace-trimmed bra could just barely be seen beneath the knit.
“Yes,” Eva said, shaking Lexi’s hand, her dark lashes lowering slightly as she studied Lexi. In her accent there was a hint of the South: Texas, maybe Arkansas. “You must be Ms. Samuels? Tia’s told me all about how nice you’ve been to her.”
“Lexi, please,” she corrected smoothly, flashing her big, easy smile and complimenting the woman on her daughter before turning her attention to the young woman sitting on the exam table.
“And Tia!” Lexi sang, “Happy Monday, so cool to see you here!”
Tia smiled back, giving a polite wave and words of greeting. Swinging her legs slightly, she was a pretty, athletic-looking girl of sixteen, with high cheekbones, sharp hazel eyes, and a confidence and composure that belied her age. Her honey-blond hair was hanging loose, down nearly to her lower back, and she was dressed in a long-sleeved pink henley, the left arm of which was rolled up to show a fresh white bandage sitting neatly on the inside of her elbow. Morgan had obviously already drawn blood for testing.
Tia, Lexi knew from meeting her last week, was a member of another hive. Apparently a teacher of hers has been a Product study subject for the last couple months, and has grown a group of young women in a history class to, well…

…just look at her.
Her tits are even bigger than mine, Lexi marveled, She’s lucky she fit those things into my dress at the gala.
“So, Tia, hey! You excited?”
Tia sat up a little straighter, eyes flashing with curiosity. She glanced at her mom, and her smile curled. “Excited for what?”
Lexi grinned. “Your new job.”
Tia’s brows lifted.
Eva perked up immediately in her chair.
“I got it?” Tia asked, her voice a mix of surprise and bubbling excitement.
“I just nailed it down for you this morning,” Lexi smirked, leaning against the counter beside Morgan, who was still tapping a few things into her sleek tablet, “Congrats, sweetie! As of this morning, you’re officially the newest lifeguard for the Evolution Center’s aquatics facility. It’s down below ground, and really a beautiful pool. A few of the different clinics here are going to be using it for their patients - physical training, therapies. You’ll get to meet lots of cool people. You can start this week.”
Tia lit up, and looked at her mom.
Eva smiled back, and then sighed in clear relief, placing a hand over her heart. “Oh, that’s wonderful. Thank you, Lexi.”
Lexi flashed a wink down at the seated woman. “Of course! The moment I met her, I knew she’d be a perfect fit.”
Tia grinned, but there was something beneath her expression - something deeper than excitement for a new gig as a lifeguard. Like she knew this was just the beginning of something else even bigger for her.
And so did Lexi. She turned toward Morgan, who had just finished her tests and was scrolling through Tia’s initial results on her tablet. “So,” Lexi said smoothly, crossing her arms under her own large breasts, “what do you think, Morgan? Think Tia here will be a good fit for the Elite Girls’ Academy Program?”
The flickering glow of the screen reflected off Morgan’s soft features, casting a faint shimmer over her high cheekbones and deep grey eyes. Eva held her breath, Tia leaned in slightly, and Morgan - looking up to glance between them with a knowing smirk - took her time before nodding.
Eva exhaled sharply, her fingers tightening slightly on the armrest of her chair, as if she’d been holding her breath. Tia beamed, a rush of excitement flashing through her hazel eyes. Lexi, meanwhile, grinned, still crossing her arms under her impressive bustline as she studied the teenager. Oh yeah. She’d known from the moment she’d met Tia that she could be something really special, especially if her tests and bloodwork came out right. More importantly, though, was the motivation, the attitude. So now, watching the teen’s reaction, the spark in her expression, Lexi felt it even more:
I want to keep this one under my wing.
“Yessss,” Morgan finally answered, drawing out the word in her rich, heavily-accented English. She tapped decisively on her screen. “Tia is… the very good candidate for Program. Very strong baseline. Very strong hormone panel. Very strong potential.”
Tia beamed with pride.
Morgan tapped again on her tablet before continuing smoothly. “Program is intense. Not just physical training. Is… many things.” Her eyes flicked up toward Eva and Tia, watching their reactions. “Will also be counseling and cognitive enhancement therapies, leadership workshops…” She tilted her head slightly, her sharp gaze locking onto Tia’s. “And, of course… a very precise regimen of diet and medication.”
Tia was listening intently, nodding along. Her mother, though, shifted slightly in her seat. She hesitated for a moment, then let out a small nervous laugh, crossing her legs and pushing her shoulders back, as if settling herself. “Yeah, um… I have read a little about that part.” Her voice was light, conversational, but Lexi caught the way her fingers tapped idly against her knee, like she was working up to something.
Morgan glanced up from her tablet again, this time at Eva. “Yes?”
Eva bit her lip, then let out a small, breathy sigh, her eyes going to Tia before settling back on Lexi and Morgan. “I mean… Tia’s already bigger than me.” She gestured subtly - not just to her daughter’s long, lean frame but to… well…
Morgan’s sharp gaze bounced between them. It was true. Eva McMahon was a naturally buxom woman, the hourglass curves of her torso full and soft, yet her daughter…yes.
Tia was already outpacing her. Likely a manifestation of the recent months in the hive of her AP US History teacher, Tia had grown. Compared to her mother she was now taller and, well…
Lexi watched as Eva inhaled deeply, to inflate her more-than-ample chest and make it rise beneath her fitted merlot top. The eyes of the women in the room - Lexi, Morgan, Josie and Tia - widened. The woman was, for sure, naturally blessed. Tia, in fact exclaimed in shock:
“Mom!”
Eva McMahon then exhaled in a quiet, resigned amusement. “This used to be enough. But Tia’s father, well…” she continued, her tone light but edged with something… complicated. She let the sentence hang, trailing off.
But Lexi, Morgan and Josie caught the implication immediately: Tia’s father had begun to notice his daughter.
Eva continued. “...he’s having trouble concentrating...”
“MOM!!” Tia yelped, but there was more than just embarrassment or dismay in her. She was fighting back a smile.
“...and it’s making him…” Eva was searching for the right word. “...anxious.”
Lexi’s lips curled, her green eyes flickering with amusement. Josie’s mouth hung open, as if on the edge of a laugh. Morgan’s own dark gaze sharpened slightly, a knowing look passing between her and Lexi. Tia, was flushing slightly, rolling her eyes but now smirking all the same. She was clearly not as uncomfortable as her mother about the, um, attention - here in the room, or at home.
“Ah,” Morgan murmured, nodding knowingly and tapping a final note into her tablet before lowering it to her side. “Yes. Have seen this before. Husband, father is looking too much.”
Eva let out a small, breathy laugh, like she wasn’t quite sure how much to admit. ““Yeah, that’s…one way to put it.” Privately, she figured he was doing much more than looking. She’d seen the pictures on his phone, found the soiled socks in the hamper. Eva let out a soft laugh, tilting her head and looking at her daughter. “Tia - you know what I’m talking about?”
The blonde teen bit her lower lip, crossed her long legs. “Yeah.”
Morgan smiled warmly, tilting her tablet screen back up. “I may have solution.”
Eva’s brows lifted slightly. “Oh?”
Lexi, knowing exactly where Morgan was going with this, leaned in slightly, her voice warm, coaxing. “You know… Internal Medicine is just down the hall.”
Joise chuckled. “Omigod, yes…”
Eva’s eyes flicked toward Lexi, as did her daughter’s.
Lexi smiled. “We could set Eva up with an appointment for a full evaluation, couldn’t we Morgan?” she asked, her eyes roaming down onto Eva’s hourglass figure, her voice casual but pointed. “And then maybe also get her into Aesthetics, see where we could, you know… enhance a few things.”
Eva blinked. “Wait, you mean…?”
Morgan smiled, leaning forward slightly, her voice low, warm, persuasive. “Maybe we adjust a few things. Help bring focus back to where it the belong.”
Lexi grinned, tilting her head, her voice soft but teasing. “Get his eyes back on his wife.”
Eva hesitated. But then, gradually, a slow, thoughtful smile spread across her lips.
“Do you think you can squeeze her into clinic today, Morgan?” Lexi asked, “Get her an appointment this morning?”
“Let me see…” the big, blonde, Hungarian APRN mused, swiping onto a new screen on her tablet.
Tia, meanwhile - who had been listening - was suddenly distracted by her phone, which had buzzed on the exam table beside her. She glanced down at it, finding its screen glowing.

Tia was confused. “This is in, like, Russian?”
Morgan quickly went back to her tablet, to correct her mistake. ”oop! Wrong translation.” She sent it again, this time in the English.
New Message: Morgan Horvath

Tia’s heart skipped. This was happening. Her fingers tightened slightly around the phone, a small, secret thrill sparking through her veins as she tapped her screen ‘Yes’. She was in, she was ready…this nice girl Josie had some medicines for her to start on...

“Mrs. McMahon,” Morgan now spoke to her mother, looking up from the schedule on her tablet “it looks like our nurse Vida can the see you in our Internal Medicine clinic right after this.”
…and she was bringing Mom along with her for the ride.
