Vendare Center Opens Its Doors: A Bold New Chapter in Modern Retail and Lifestyle, Led by Women
A new era of shopping, community, and elevated living began this week with the grand opening of the state’s first Vendare Center, a reimagined lifestyle and retail destination that promises to redefine the American mall experience - one woman-led space at a time.
Situated on the revitalized site of the former, failed City Place Mall, the Vendare Center is the newest offering in an international network of female-owned and operated commercial properties developed by Artemis Partners, a global collective of women entrepreneurs, designers, and investors committed to creating retail spaces that are safe, progressive, and intentionally built for the evolving needs of modern women.
With successful locations already thriving in England, Canada, Australia, as well as a dozen here in the United States, Vendare Centers represent the next step in a larger movement - one where commerce meets community, and consumer spaces become platforms for empowerment.

Male Access Policy
To maintain the comfort and security of all visitors, certain floors and spaces within Vendare are designated as women-only. Men are warmly welcomed in all co-ed public areas of the center, including the retail concourse, The Market, and designated family spaces. However, male patrons must be accompanied by a registered female sponsor throughout the entire facility, and will be asked for identification when entering semi-private lounges, suites, and some upper-level wellness and workspaces.
