I love anthro avians, there is little to say. The expressions, the colors, the shapes (and talons tho): simply spectacular! Despite this, I had very few opportunities to challenge myself in drawing them. So that day, both to rest from the work and to warm myself up for the next commission in waitlist, I dedicated the afternoon in sketching some heads .
You will certainly recognize a pair among them, in fact you will find in the upper left BlackTan and BleuRaven in the upper right: two big birbs that I highly respect for their commitment and for their being dedicated in the community, in their respective sectors!
At the center we find an Eagle Owl, a Waxwing at the bottom and finally a fierce Nargacuga from Monster Hunter at the bottom right.
I hope these sketches can help those who are studying, like me, how to draw these wonderful creatures !
