“Did you see Missy on her way out? She left pretty early, huh?”
“Yeah. Said she wanted to get to the salon, get a new outfit for the thing tonight.”
“She looked kinda upset. She didn’t cut her hair this morning, she seemed sorta off. Is she okay?”
“Yeah no she’s okay…well, she’s kinda pissed, actually. He skipped out on their Friday meeting, still avoiding her I guess.”
“Is he going tonight?”
“I dunno. He was looking at ‘Young men’s sports jackets’ on Amazon last night, so maybe…”
“We still getting ready at your place?”
“Sure yeah. My parents are gone.”
“Cool.”

2021-10-18 21:41:59 +0000 UTCis "cut" in "cut her hair this morning" a typo? Does she frequently cut her own hair? Or was this meant more along the lines of "do her hair"/"curl her hair" type thing. Please ignore me if this is due to a colloquialism or something else I am not aware of!
