Hello, download Sim from attachments section, not mediafire. If you can't download the skin from mediafire, you can download it from the skin creator's own tumblr/patreon account by typing google "northernsiberiawinds skin n11". Do not click on the skin link uploaded to Mediafire, copy the link and paste it into your browser. It doesn't open when clicked. I do not know why. Both methods will work π§‘
