Jer you are absolutely right! but coming up next you will see what difficulties the collaborative groups went through and why the are all so anxious and nervous. To be overly positive I think would feel false to the younger members. But that IS the eldest and leaders job. At the same time it takes a lot of strength and training to take that nervous anxiety and control it.
