This movie is SO good and Liam Neeson kills it! This brought him back and he became the new action hero and for a man of his age that's very impressive. The acting and the actions is so well done and you can't wait to see him kill every single one of these people, you don't feel bad for any of them especially after seeing what they are doing to these poor women. But the biggest reason I love this movie is them bringing awareness with human trafficking, you don't see many movies diving into this issue especially big movies like this. They didn't pull any punches or sugarcoat things, some of those scenes when it shows the girls is pretty brutal to watch and this is a PG-13 film and they got away with a lot, same with the violence, there's not much blood but there didn't need to be, the action and choreograph showed the violence perfectly. The one thing I can't stand is his ex-wife! It's like she went out of her way to make sure he was always the bad guy, always had to make him feel guilty. that was clearly why she didn't tell him about Paris beforehand, it's like it gave her joy and I thought she was an idiot. Who allows there 17 year old daughter to go around Europe with no adult supervision? You could say she thought the cousins would be there but she obviously didn't talk or have any communication with anyone to make sure her daughter was in safe hands. Girls go missing all the time even if there is a group of them cause guess what girls and teenagers can be stupid like they were in this movie, they get drunk and again do stupid things. She did nothing to make sure her daughter was in safe hands and she had the nerve to roll her eyes at him. As you can see I don't like her, lol. Yes he was a bit paranoid and he did still treat her like she was 5, like getting her the clown wrapping or getting her the milk shake she use to get but that was because he still saw her as a little girl and he missed out on it and he was trying to get some of that time back. Now I will say don't bother with the sequels, one there didn't need to be a sequel let alone 2 and two even though there was a little bit of shaky cam and a bit of cuts during the fight scenes in this one it is amped up 10x in the sequels, so much so that you can't even focus on anything, the stories are nowhere near as good and again just not needed. I would like to see you guys do some more actions films like True Lies, Con Air, Wanted, Speed, those would be a blast to see you react to!
