The movie Bad Trip (2021) is very similar in style to this. There's an overall road trip story with real life gags/pranks filmed along the way. Jeff Tremaine, who directed this and all the Jackass movies, I believe was pretty heavily involved with Bad Trip. Bad Trip is absolutely hysterical and a perfect companion piece to Bad Grandpa and the jackass movies. Definitely worth checking out at some point .
