David Lynch Poll
Added 2025-01-17 17:18:21 +0000 UTCI'm sure all of you have heard the news of David Lynch's passing and sadly both of us haven't seen many of his films, recently though I've been watching Twin Peaks in my own time and I've been loving the show a ton; thought it be more than appropriate to do a poll of movies of his that have interested us or I've seen recommended!

2025-01-17 23:43:32 +0000 UTCSuch a tough choice for me ... Blue Velvet is the only one I haven't seen. The other 3 are good for different reasons. I might choose one of the other two though cause I'm sure Elephant Man will be the winner. You should also watch Eraserhead.

2025-01-17 22:57:22 +0000 UTCThe Elephant Man is the easiest watch, but it's also the least Lynchian of all his films (along with The Straight Story and Dune). You're gonna want to watch something else eventually to get a real idea of his work.

Even if it is someone else's vision; re-watching the same story being told again so quickly sounds redundant and boring. We're going to 100% do it, but I don't feel like rushing into so soon lol.
