Better Daycare

This mod changes the daycare options for small sims. Now Sims who want to can send their babies, infants, and toddlers to daycare at any time. Sims at daycare can optionally gain skills, character values, and gains towards developmental milestones. Sims can also optionally pay daycare fees at both game daycare and elective daycare. Now sims needs are taken care of at daycare (game and new elective daycare) more effectively. Download here. Requires the Core Library.
