The scarf I used foam covered it in fabric and then cut out the teeth and attached them. You can use shading to create a depth effect.
The canisters I used Halloween temporary hair spray dye. (Empty them) and spray them with chrome. Wrap them in black thin foam and connect them together.
(Optional) Connect them to the scarf by screwing the cans to the foam. Or hot glue and super glue to the fabric.
The back tanks are two liters screwed to à Batman utility belt I purchased and took apart and rebuilt. Sprayed matte black for the simple effect. The. Drill holes in the back out your scarf canisters and connect the electric tubing to them and hot glue to the canisters and inside the two liters.
Hot glue saves lives but can also get annoying when not holding up.
