Info: find a good reference shot. Make sure it’s not fan art. (Different designs)
Need
Foam, fabric
Contact cement
Paint
Scissors
Heat gun
Marker
Silicone
Plasti dip
What to do
First make sure to cut the sharp to the right measurement of your head including wig if needed.
Cut out the center piece (you’ll need 2 for top and bottom. Trace the first if you’re happy with it.)
Then measure up the two center to how tall you want it (or thick)
Next cut the foam to the shape to hold those in place, once you’re happy with it. Glue those together.
Once you have that. Next is the neck piece. These will be hanging over your should to connect to the back. So measure the width of your shoulder
It’ll kind of form a backpack like fit.
Then I measured how far I wanted the neck piece to be from my chin and how thick. Make the piece in the middle
Cut multiple straps of foam and glue together to fit around the the shoulder/back piece.
Also if you can make a way to connect the hood and the neck. I didn’t and thankfully I can slide it over my head... but I suggest straps and clips or Velcro.
Next draw the outer hood shapes and glue those on to the hood.
Fill the lines and openings with silicone.
Once hat dries. Coat it with plasti dip.
Once that dries. Make it red!
Paint the design ( the white big looking face on the back.)
Now this part I was lazy and it probably looks poopy. But get the white fabric. And cut the snap of the hood and glue it in. And to the neck.
Once your project it complete! Rock that mess!
