Like maybe itโs better if u are with someone who actually went through the same trauma, so they literally understand what u are experiencing. But then other people can also like empathize with u even tho they didnโt went through the same thing. But honestly I would rather choose the person who experienced the same thing bc idk๐ญ I just feel like it
