Release schedule and other changes

Hey pervs,

I have made some new plans over the last days regarding release schedule changes and commissions.

Due to some time issues I had problems finishing some of the animations I started working on over the last days, which made me notice that I start way to many new projects just to try and get out at least 1 animation each week just to make sure I got something finished.
I have like 3 or 4 started animation projects just for the last 2 weeks which I could just finish and release this way but I want to add more and more things.

The same happened with the next upcoming one. I started working at it as a "short and simple" loop I could finish just to get something out before continuing the D.Va + Sombra project. And I did it again. I went way overboard and thought "Damn, I want to add this and that and maybe even this" and now after pulling 2 overnighters and way to little sleep it has 9 camera angles and 8 characters resulting in me not being able to get it done by last week again.

I finished the project though and posted some WIPS in discord during the process. (its currently rendering)

Most of this is due to me deciding to get at least 1 day of private time in after working on stuff every free minute for over a year now. I decided that this is not healthy and that I need to change that and get at least a bit of time for myself between regular work and blender since it starts to feel like I work 2 jobs some times.

In addition to that my skillset improved a lot which wants me to do bigger scoped projects and trying to do 1-2 releases a week doesn't work out anymore.

That's why I have decided to focus more on a given project and finish it even though this means in may not having a release ready for a week. To compensate for that I want to give out more WIP shots and thought (which I currently do over discord, which might be overseen by some people. I will add a poll about that one after this post)

I also decided to step back from commissions due to the time crunch and force to work on a projects I have no personal vision about, which most of the times resulting in some bad mood swings. for myself

This does not mean that I will never do commissions again. I will instead open 1 slot v if I feel like doing one. But those will be very rare and this slot will be open for a short limited amount of time.

I haven't come up with a plan for the Ultimate Perv (former gold) Tier yet which involved a commission discount and need to think about something else for that. I'm open for suggestions about that one .

Sorry for the wall of text again. But I'm a person who thinks context is important and want to give you my thought and reasoning process on some decisions I make.
