EXhentai has a torrent function. Don't really know about the e-hentai. But that goes for comic only. The thing with the torrent is that I can't delete it, unless everyone delete it. That's smells like piracy :D

That is interesting as well. I'll think about that when I decide to grow more, if that's possible.

I think you should create your own simple website where each patron can have their own login. Then you can host the archive on your on server and directly control who accesses it. So you could instantly remove access to people who stop supporting. Server space should be cheap because you don't need much. There are even some free servers that allow xxx but may require you to display a few ads. Also there are many website creation tools that make it fairly easy.

I think I've got it. If you have google drive account - you'll get access. If you don't - you can get it via password-protected archive directly to your mail. You happen to be one of my experimentals on this one. Check your mail, hope that works just fine!

This may yet encounter the same ToS issues as before, but could I suggest WeTransfer? It allows you to share a link which folks can use to download content and is pretty legit/easy to use in my experience.

For me the main point of frustration with the current distribution method was the access restrictions - asking people to change their Patreon email address to their Google account is not reasonable. I'm backing several other NSFW artists on Patreon who seem to be doing fine with Dropbox, even without password (wasn't aware of the ToS issues). I don't mind receiving a download link each month, but I'd prefer if that link would allow me to download without additional hassle. Anyway, sorry to hear that people are unsubscribing, love your art, and the comic, and of course want you to be able to continue. Hope you'll be able to work something out :)
