Good taste in seiyuus you say? Listen.... I watched E2 of Ishura and named off six VA's (whether by real name or character roles) without having to look them up. Actually, one of them I wasn't entirely sure of, had to double check lol. My ears have been honed.

I felt the ending of this show is a little bit weak, but it's still a crazy fun ride and most of it is very good. It definitely scratches that thriller itch that this season is sorely lacking, so I get that. Also, this show is filled to the brim with incredible Miyavi songs. There are so many moments when the show just goes "Fuck it, we're an AMV now". It kicks ass every single time. They got him for the ED, realized his music kicks ass, and then decided to throw in a bunch of his songs wherever they could in half the episodes.

He does the ED song for this (which is one of the first ED songs I really got into), and a number of insert songs, including the one in this episode (which for some reason I totally forgot about, I only remember the other two).

I was definitely caught off guard with that when I first watched this, but he definitely puts in that work and brings the character to life. Definitely different from the types of characters he usually plays.
