This arc so good man, I can't wait for episode 320, well I can't wait for a lot of things especially the final movie, shit is so peak. also the ginpachi sensei adaption announcement was so nice, I never read the LN so can't wait for that. But they also said they had other projects in the works too so maybe we'll get some spin-off series in the future

It was announced couple hours ago at an event called Gintama Ato no Matsuri that it’s going on right now. More gintama is always amazing.

Sorachi's naming is absolutely phenomenal. Utsuro, when used as a name, is roughly translated to "hollow being". All of Kagura's family are based and/or named off of legends. Umibozu was an Oni that caused calamities at sea, usually taking the form of a giant bald monk. Kagura is obviously moon princess Kaguya. And Kamui is based off of Asura. All very loose representations of course. And yeah. I told you Utsuro’s VA is *chefs kiss* magnifico! 👌

It’s crazy how y’all did see this scene before in saiki k reaction video years ago and now seeing it now in gintama perspective lol

Normally don’t watch until the last episode or two, and I’m only speaking for myself, the others never seem to care for openings or endings, that’s on them. But I don’t watch them until the last episode of an arc because they typically have some kind of spoilers in them.
