That, and I generally don't like romance stuff anyway. If a romcom manages to do the humor well, I can get into it, but when it doesn't then I can't. This one probably hits the humor just down the middle, but, again, when I don't like the foundation of it then the jokes fall flatter than they usually do. That's what happened for me this time.
