Ah sadly it is not the same seiyuu from Gintama. That was Ishizuka Unshou-san, who also voiced Papa Dino in Banana Fish, and this HardBoiled one was voiced by Mamiya Yasuhiro-san who also voices Magma in Dr. Stone. π€
