goku and the gang want to follow the rules and give everyone the fair 1v1 and trying their best to not one punch this whole ar in less than 30 mins. they are at this point in game ++ they doing the side quest no need to go all out from the start and having adventures like in the og series looking for something beating others and goku eating till they kick him out. if they really wanted to solve this in a day all they had to do was go to new namek use those dragon balls and fix everything and then go to demon world and all it would take is one of them
