Sherm, what we know is Ah-duo (previous concubine who left) and the empress dowager (from last ep) had babies and was switched, the one that went to ah-duo died and the one that went to the empress dowager is jinshi, this is also backed by how Ah-duo looks like a female version of jinshi and if they weren’t related they wouldn’t look alike

They mentioned loulan this episode and momo's comment made think, hey these two characters kind of look the same. That being said a lot of characters look the same in this show
