September 2018 Secretary Outfit Result and other stuff!

Well, Sterno's proposal has been elected to represent the Outfit of an official Secretary of Social Interaction Service Syndicate LTD. Which means a few more items for your endless inventory. Which means I really should add these sorting tabs to the inventory I promised ages ago.

0.4.0 comes along nicely, all Story Elements are written, now I have add them to the game. Stats 2.0 are implemented for the most parts, I hope you guys have more fun playing with it then I had implementing (It's always fun to go through your old source and think "What the hell was I smoking that day?").

I also learned from the 0.3.x fiasco release, so 0.4.0 will get a pre release for stress tests before releasing a final version. I will announce the test version here, on discord and on the TFGamesite forum, and the real release will be hopefully a week or two after that (unless I manage a bug free test version, which is, lets be honest for a second, highly unlikely :D).
