Small Additions Poll XIII: Black Cat Edition

- Lend An Ear: Elf ear Options at the Bodyshop. Once these are done other options should be doable as well.
- Sometimes Dressing Is An Achievement: More achievements for collecting clothing sets, etc.
- Happy Holiday: Holiday-themed event (follow-on poll for which holiday, etc.)
- Small Enough: Discussion topic to revert chastity-cage based shrinking.
- The Latest Gossip: Stan chats at you while you get a haircut (i.e. more Stan Content)

Currently if you opt in to chastity-based shrinking there is no way to undo that choice. This would be adding such to gameplay.
