Payment Processor Situation and Backup Plan
Added 2025-07-25 20:27:18 +0000 UTCHey everyone, I just dropped an announcement for this on the Discord so I'm sure that many of you already know, but some large payment processors in the US have decided to start censoring NSFW content. I don't really want to get political, but I at least want to say that it's genuinely infuriating that pointless middlemen get to decide exactly what people can and can't spend their own money on.
Anyways, my solution has been to set up a backup page on Subscribestar, in case Patreon decides that I don't have a right to exist anymore. Here's the link:

I'd encourage any of you who aren't particularly attached to Patreon to go ahead and move your subscriptions over to Subscribestar whenever your time is up on here, because I'll be offering the exact same benefits and posting the exact same things over there as I do on Patreon. The added bonus of having more security for me (and lower fees) makes me inclined to say that I would personally prefer if people moved to Subscribestar.
I can only hope that my page here is allowed to continue existing. Unfortunately, alot of anti-porn advocates are in power at the moment, so things are certainly iffy.
Anyways, this isn't a particularly positive thing to post about, so I'm gonna try to get around to actually talking about the current path for development in the next few days so you all aren't just left with this for the foreseeable future. See you all then!
