I remember so vividly NigaHiga having a movie WAY back. Looking it up it's apparently called Ryan and Sean's Not So Excellent Adventure????? I'm not even sure if it's a real movie or not, but it would probably be the earliest "YouTuber movie" that I can think of...

2019-04-17 22:01:06 +0000 UTCI've only seen one movie starring a YouTuber, but my opinion of it was a good one soooo...Smiley, the horror/thriller starring Shane Dawson. (Side note, I have the distinct honor(?) of kinda knowing Shane, seeing as we went to high school together.)
