Free: Mega Charizard X OC

This update features Nyxia, a Mega Charizard X original character requested by an Orchard supporter! 🍊

The request was for a “Charizard girl,” but similar to Robyn the Cinderace girl, I designed her as my own OC.

I named her by combining “Night” + “X,” to give her a dark and cool vibe.

I designed her with long hair and a rock-inspired vibe, based on the image I received in the request.

I usually enjoy adapting and arranging from the original design, so giving her long hair was a bit of an experiment for me.

To balance it out, I made the long hair switchable in layers and also included my usual Charizard-style head design.

With the long hair, she gives off a shy and bashful vibe.

On the other hand, the Charizard-like head feels cool and strong, as if she’s staring straight at you without looking away.

Her body shape is inspired by the original Charizard design.

She has a long neck and a thicker torso.

I actually wanted to make her neck even longer, but the canvas size forced me to shorten it a little.

At first, I tried giving her a rounder belly, but it looked too maternal, so I added a waistline instead.

By the way, I also made a sweaty version.

Because of her strong, sturdy build, I thought her sweat would flow a bit more… maybe I went a little overboard 😂💦

This version makes her look like a Water-type 🌊
