She's wearing pads inside, ever squished a very thick diaper? It makes a kind of mooshy noise along with the crinkle. And I guess I love to use "moosh" for very thick diapers which are most (she's sweating inside after all)

I have been pointing out obvious things in this comic for humor and nothing else, I originally planned for Nanako to be awake but I thought her being asleep would have been funnier given that everyone thought she was acting. Didn't turn out very well, so it seems.

It wasn't necessary to be so blunt about whether Nanako was sleeping... it's implied simply because there wasn't any cheeky smirk or anything, and never bringing it up again would have confirmed it.
