She berated Nanako for her dishonesty. She never voiced any complaints about the diaper stuff.

Where the hell did Nana get the impression that Mai was ok with this stuff? We ended the last volume with Mai berating Nana for dragging her into her fetish. How can you misinterpret that XD

Matt got it right. No one is innocent, Mai's at fault for being silent, Nanako's fault is that she keeps making wrong assumptions. She thinks Mai is cool with this DL thing, Mai never said she isn't into it as much, or bothered by it. And there's some more stuff that would make for a pretty long comment. End of the story: Nanako needs to think more, Mai needs to talk more.

Mai's assumptions have led to particular events occurring rather than simply talking to Nana. Mai is just as guilty.

Nana and Mai from this scene and earlier have had discussions about their feelings. Mai does have a history with diapers and the entire time Mai does not want Nana to feel like she is handicapped or that she is encouraging using diapers. She is learning that Nana loves this stuff. Also, Mai stole Nana’s butt plug and ruined her competition. So it’s not like Mai is innocent here. At this point the mess is already coming, no point in trying to stop it. I guess Nana could console her? But’s it’s cuter to see how cheeky she is being.

I’m less talking about the messing thing and more talking that Nana 1. Forced Mai into diapers when she clearly didn’t want to be a part of it, 2. Didn’t provide any alternative for her, so it came down to, do it or leave, and 3. This whole vacation was Mai doing all of the things Nana wanted and not the other way around. That’s not how you treat a guest or a friend XD. I get that it’s porn so we just have to accept these sorts of things as being things to bring forth eye candy, but still.

Nana’s a bit of a jerk isn’t she XD. Forces her friend into a situation she isn’t comfortable with, ie diapers, and just lets the internet watch the misery. I’m glad none of these characters are real people.
