hello my loves,

so this one is a little different than my normal SFW fare but the script really resonated with me when I read it and I felt like it was a really important message. as the northern hemisphere inches our way into the winter months, I know a lot of people struggle with bad seasonal depression and I wanted to make this comfort audio as a way to let everyone know that they're not alone and that there is support out there to help them through this time. of course, audios cannot and will never replace actual medical care when it comes to depression but I think it's very important to help destigmatize talking about mental health struggles (especially for men) and to show that needing extra support from loved ones, a trained therapist, or to take medication, is more than ok.

so this is just a little audio cuddle and a pep talk from me to anyone who may need some extra love these days 🤍
