February Update - Tier description, Themed Months and Thanks

- First, I updated the description of all 3 tiers. The description should be less confusing now. If you're still confused, let me know so I can try making them clearer.
- Second, I should probably say this in advance. I have two themed months planned for this year. One is the return of Pokémonth, which I want to be in May because PokéMay. The other is Dragon December, which was going to be a thing last year if my December hadn't been such a mess.
Sharktember was fun but it didn't feel like a lot of people cared for it, and I don't know if that was due Discovery's Shark Month falling on August or if not enough people who follow my work care for shark characters.
OCtober might be a thing if I can make time to draw enough of my OCs/co-creations for it.
Do you have a suggestion for themed months? Let me know. - Lastly, thanks to your support I reached a milestone! It made me think I should be preparing things for future milestones.
I don't want to make this a goal since it's more like a celebration thing, but how about this? If this patreon reaches 200 I'll throw in something special to commemorate. A growth sequence page? A short animation (black and white)? Just a single (shaded) picture featuring multiple characters? What would you prefer?
I have to say this again. If you're reading this, you already have my thanks. It means you're at the very least a supporter and it's thanks to you that I'm achieving success in this.
