2020-04-24 21:37:03 +0000 UTCI used to live in Boulder and read the Stand right after I moved there. Actually learned the town geography better because of King's book. I even once saw a guy who looked like how I imagined Glen Bateman in the grocery store. Anyway, it snows a lot in Boulder and it's infrastructure is planned poorly. I don't think it would be the best place to restart society. The weather, and other reasons, made me tell my wife when this current crisis was starting, "I don't care if Mother Abigail comes to me in a dream, we are NOT going back to Boulder." My wife agreed. Mountains are pretty at least.
