Love the episode, I'm definately not one to give "well actuallies" but this gives a bit more insight into the abilities/condition: at around 26:26-27:17 there is a reading from the book describing the changes the body, "increased production of visual purple in the eye" which isn't meaning purple color to the eyes, instead "visual purple" is referring to Rhodopson, the protien that allows us to see better to see in the dark. Maybe everyone already knows that idk, love the show!

2023-02-22 22:49:13 +0000 UTCAlso loved having Julia on—her view of the book was much more aligned with mine; it’s very well done, but I don’t think the gender of a mistreated child makes any difference, and agree that there was clear reason to fear the government well before 1980! That influenced King (and therefore the book) for sure.

You noted a number of times that you understood he was a good guy even as you were disliking the potential his power represented. I also love Rainbird: his character is so evil and sinister. Please do Dolores sometime; she is so complex and cool!
