Cara's actress, Gina Carano, is a former MMA champion, so the fight scenes look the way they do for a reason. The part was written specifically for her and the role has sort of been an acting Master Class for her getting to work alongside folks like Pedro Pascal and Carl Weathers. Oddly enough... she didn't act alongside Pedro in this episode. He was busy with another project so his stunt doubles did all of his scenes and he provided the voice over. You might notice a particular swagger in the Mando's walk during some scenes... that is because one of his two primary doubles is the grandson of US acting legend John Wayne.
