π©π»βπ¦°πΉBEING BRAVE Emma's darkness has really rared it's ugly head in Dream Catcher. It is because, Emma saw what Regina witnessed, & had fore gone in her past, within the dream Catcher that she got the idea for the tear... There was no one to stop her, because she wasn't seen as a completely turned Darkone, yet, by anyone. Later in future Story Brooke Everyone still under a forgetting spell, Emma still needed & wanted to make it up to Henry, by helping her son to be the hero. Only she failed to hide the Dream Catcher she mostly should never have out in the open. She tried to hide the sword, why leave her Memory of taking Violet's heart, in the front room, in a candy box on the table? Where if Henry has an invitation only, he could have found the Dream Catcher, & given it over to his other Mom, Regina? Wht**were the writers doing? This Episode could have been more poignant, had the Dream Catcher not been in the purviews of her curious Pirate Captain Lov.β οΈπ―πͺWho is So amazing, he has his very own emoji π€¨ So Regina takes the Dream C. & with her Magiqes, the secret was a flimsy Mc.Gov'en, all along, for the writers room, to loose the ONCERS, just to give us a reminder, (By the way, in case you forgot, Emma is the Dark one !!π΅βπ«) Yeah, but not as Dark as Rumplestilkin had been, or the Evile Queen, who killed Village upon Village, in the past to get what she wanted, Snow White's heart.π«πβπΌ Ok, but we could have just taken the Dream Catcher OUAT of the equation, right? Mystery abound. Henry saved from the devastating heart break, he didn't even understand, nore deserve. ππ΄?!

2022-08-22 04:00:21 +0000 UTCI really love the framing of the final scene in this episode, because it parallels when Emma dropped Henry off that first time all the way back in the pilot, even up to seeing Henry in a window. (though it's the window right next to the one he was seen in the pilot, which could also be totally on purpose)

2022-08-22 01:24:59 +0000 UTCI think of this episode every time I see a dreamcatcher. Which is a lot, as the place I work sells them. I particularly love Emma's reaction to witnessing Daniel's death. Really shows how much she's grown not just to care for her but to empathise with her.
