You know I like to compare Faith with Anakin Skywalker because both Anakin and Faith start out Pure and Innocent but then later they get corrupted by something for Anakin it was his desire to save Padme for Faith it was when she accidently killed someone but both of them still have good in them and so it is not too late for either of them as you see in this episode Faith wants to be good but she thinks she is evil and it is Angle that turns Faith back into the good side and for Anakin it was Luke then turn him back to the good side so Faith and Anakin kind of have a lot in common.

2021-01-04 04:31:12 +0000 UTCShe’s still guilty of her sins there’s no disputing that. But she has guilt. She hates who she has become. She’s not a complete monster and that’s why I feel empathy. Should see be punished with what she has done? Yeah but that shouldn’t mean she’s hopeless and shouldn’t be felt sorry for especially as someone who has hated himself (not for the reasons she hates herself of course haha)

I think a lot of us are way too lenient with Faith because we find her interesting or fun. I think it's important to face that what Faith does here is horrible... but that doesn't have to override our empathy for her.

The writers originally wanted rain for the alley scene, but they didn't have the budget so they went ahead without it. But LA decided to open up her skies and bless them with a real life rainstorm right on schedule, so they ran outside and filmed the ending on the spot.

Current day Angel knows all too well what it’s like to feel all the guilt and remorse from his past! Also, I think Dennis was trying to protect Cordy from Faith, but Cordy said it was ok and “Just Wesley,” so Dennis didn’t know.
