I would’ve been upset if Wes and Angel just been cool so quickly again after everything that happened. Clearly, Angel and Wes friendship will never be the same again. 😞

He's afraid for Wesley because he's afraid he won't get to kill him. He wants Wesley to know the prophecies are wrong because he wants him to know it's Angel killing him. I am totally with him in that moment, too. Think back to Buffy Season 5 and Buffy's delusion that she had "explained" to Willow and it was all good now. He. Took. His. Son. There is nothing you can say, no reason, no rationale, that's going to fix that. One of Boreanaz's best moments in his career, really. "You think I forgive you? NEVER"
