You’re gonna love the pure comedies. I can already tell. I love when a watcher can appreciate the camp rather than condemn the show for it. You’re the right person to be watching and reacting to it. Everybody thinks because of the main concept and initial synopsis for the show that the whole thing is going to be dark and serious and dramatic… And it’s just not like that at all. Yeah, it has episodes where it can definitely be that but there’s a really great balance between both drama and comedy, between tragedy and eccentricity…. It’s just a really versatile genre/adventure show. It has everything you could ever want or need in it. Drama, comedy, fantasy, science-fiction, musicals, western, horror, thriller, queer representation, absolutely everything.

This was a good way to save on budget: less casting, obviously and because every doppleganger is playing one or the other doppelgängers, less wardrobe. There is a few of these. The 3rd one is my favourite. There was supposed to be a 4th that was a musical but it never made it to production. The script can be found online though and er… if you’ve ever heard of the term “femslash” in fanfiction… it reads very much like one. Hence the reason it was cut.

With the humour as well, this was one of the more humour heavy episodes so far. But as with some elements so far, it's clear that this show will not shy away from being absolutely ridiculous with its humour.
