“Was it legit?” They leave it ambiguous on purpose. This is one of the main things I love about Xena. They leave it up to YOU to decide based on what you believe, not what the creator does. I only wish shows today would leave this much room open for interpretation. Or any room really. 🫤

They were potentially courting controversy here by delving into this, but I think they pulled it off. God makes a memorable cameo appearance at the climax. ... Gabby IS hilarious and adorable strung out on henbane.
