2024-12-24 22:26:24 +0000 UTCYeah, the way to skirt around the inheritance tax by selling it for $1 is totally illegal. That is tax evasion 101 and the IRS and/or the state of Montana would come after the Duttons. With that said, I could see the Duttons arguing that selling the land to the Indian Reservation, based on what it was worth at the time it was bought (hundreds of years ago), and the political/historical nature of the sale, could serve as a symbolic gesture of reconciliation. It's not like he is selling it to a family matter and it benefits only them. It would benefit thousands of people for various reasons, including the state/federal government, as it may lessen the sting of adding a pipeline through the Indian reservation. As we have seen in this show and real-life legal cases, the word "benefit" would be key. Who benefits the most and does it help the state and/or federal government?

Married my high school sweetheart...married 25 years and 3 months, and just like that he is gone. The hole in my heart is so big nothing can fill it. Then in 2020 I lost my home that he bought me in a wildfire. The only thing I saved were his ashes. I lost everything that he bought me, or was his. That hat she got....will keep a piece of him with her. I love her chachter so much.

2024-12-11 02:12:18 +0000 UTC"Deadleg" is essentially a plane heading back to its home/original location so you "bum" a ride. Happens in the military a good bit. I really enjoyed this episode. Taylor Sheridan got a lot of negative comments about this one (about his egotistical scenes). I was feeling the same way. Especially the strip poker scene with Beth. But, I thought the joke landed well. I laughed. And yes, his character's girlfriend is Bella Hadid. Famous model, but also a competitive equestrian / barrel racer.

2024-12-11 01:23:34 +0000 UTCKayce was 1 step ahead. He knew that the dude being who he is will never be able to live the rest of his life worry free. How doctors make crappy patients? If you are the death/fear dealer, living in fear is like a fish trying to live on land. He will be thinking what if he changes his mind? should I try and do it first? but then If my family dies, its on me. Its punishment as well, he will be worried and second guessing every situation in his life until he dies.
