Guys Please take care of your health and avoid the excess, I'm sick for having excess with the amount of food I've been consuming. I'm still having horrible pains but I'm a bit better and I started to eat solids today. Take care, remember that our health is the most precious thing we have.
The thing I enjoy the most in my life is to work and I almost ruin everything because of my stupid gluttony... I'll be more respectful with my stomach now.
