I'm gonna stop right now and make some protein ice-cream instead of collapsing and cry ๐ this is a nightmare. I'll get a break to sleep ahhhhg. AHHHHG! OK, is not a huge deal, I can fix it.
Little healthy tip: in this summer you can try to make protein ice-cream, just get a mold, and add only water to your favorite protein. One serving per little ice-cream ๐ฆ
