Chapter 97 [Vault]

…Death, a familiar concept that I have long since grown used to. My parents, grandparents, my family, and now me. It has claimed everyone that I’ve known, and it will eventually claim everyone else. And now it has claimed me. 

I’ve died. 

Not sure how, now entirely sure when, but I have. I had been a somewhat healthy loner who was…not talkative, so perhaps one of those bullies decided that they were sick of me? Sure, I’m lesbian, and sure, I’m a bit of a nerd who loves fictional works and reading, but…this seems like a bit much. 

[They did not kill you, child. You have instead been chosen]

A deep mechanical voice reverberated throughout this…void I am stuck in, a voice unfamiliar but powerful, as a large game like screen formed in front of me. 

“...Hello?”

[Hello child. I am !@?$%@, but you humans cannot understand that, so you may call me “The System” I am in charge of your reincarnation, for you have been chosen to become the first true reincarnator. You will be given 5 total spins of a wheel, giving you the species, talent, inherent potential, potential of the characters, but not their power, for you must gain that on your own, this includes not getting their physical strength and such. Think of it as getting their species, potential, talent, etc, but not much else. You will also be given a random body, it may be based off of a character, or it might be something else. Once you leave your starter universe, you will be given 5 more templates, and then that is it, and the rest of your development will be up to you]

“...I can’t really say no, can I?”

[No, sadly. And I do believe you wish to accept this. Afterall, you will be able to travel the multiverse, going to all your favorite fictional works, like Dragon Ball, Naruto, Owl House, and so many more]

“Just because I like reading and watching stuff on them, doesn’t mean I want to go there…” 

“But…fine, I guess I’ll accept. What do I need to do?”

[Simple, you will spin the wheel for your starting body, and then your “templates”. Ah, and I should mention that you will not start with the energy of them, should you get a character with something like Chakra. Instead, you shall be given the energy of your starting universe, which is magic, from the Owl House. Every new universe you go to, that has a new energy such as chakra, you will gain access to that energy. Oh, and mattering on the body, you will have a higher chance of getting more characters from that same verse, so do hope you get a good body]

“The Owl House? That’s…like my favorite Disney show of all time” I said, a small smile forming on my face at the idea of meeting the ever adorable Luz and Amity. 

[I’m glad you like it. Ah, and the characters have all been aged up to an appropriate one. 17, just like you]

Meaning Hexside the School for Magic, was now a Highschool. 

[Now, please spin the wheel for your body]

Upon hearing/reading these words, a giant wheel formed in front of me, glowing golden with ever-changing names on it. From “Spectre - DC” to things like “Topper - One Piece” and many many more. 

Walking up to the wheel, I softly grasped it, and spun. 

Names ticked on by rapidly, too many to properly keep track of, before eventually it stopped on a very recognizable name.

My eyes widened at the name. As while I wouldn’t have ki, I’d have magic, and combine that with the body of someone like br-someone like me…I’ll have more magical power than anyone else in the entirety of Owl House, except maybe just maybe the Collector. 

[It would seem you have quite a bit of luck with the wheel, child. Now, please spin again, all 5 characters will be chosen at the same time]

Hearing this, I nodded slowly before walking forward, grasping the wheel, and spun. 

Watching as words ticked on by, I waited with bated breath as it stopped, eyes widening at the names. 

[Frieza - The Universal Emperor | Dragon Ball]

[Gohan - Son of Goku | Dragon Ball]

[Gogeta - The Ultimate Fusion of Goku and Vegeta | Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, Dragon Ball Super]

[Kefla - The Fusion of Kale and Caulifla | Dragon Ball Super]

[Cumber - The Evil Saiyan | Dragon Ball Heroes]

Looking over the characters, I couldn’t really say much as they were…incredible. Each and every one of them. Two fusions, one being the combination of Goku and Vegeta, the other a combination of Kale and Caulifla. Then there was Cumber, who was a powerful Evil Saiyan from Dragon Ball Heroes. Gohan and Frieza who both had absolutely monstrous potential, with Gohan being arguably the most talented character in the entirety of Dragon Ball. 

…And I was supposed to be getting 5 more once I left Owl House…

What sort of universes was I about to be sent to?

[Dragon Ball is guaranteed. As once you travel there, you shall become the Broly of that universe. DC, Marvel, and some other powerful universes. You must also remember that you still have to gain these transformations, and get to their level of power. Although, should you go to DBZ immediately, you will have a monstrous power level, due to all the species, boosts, etc]

“So basically I’m going to have a ton of potential and talent, but not much of it will be used fully until I go to DBZ?”

[Indeed. As magic can be useful to you, but Ki is where those species truly shine. Now, your appearance will be that of a female Broly. You shall be dropped into a random location in the Boiling Isles, I do wish you luck…Broly]

“Wait that’s i-”

I couldn’t continue speaking before everything went dark, as I slowly began to disappear from the place, and everything went dark.

[3rd POV] [Location: ??????????]

Within what looked to be a large cave, a tall muscular teen lay asleep. She had long, spiky black hair, ripped muscular arms and abs. Was a tall 6’1, had a small scar across the bottom of her cheek, and most notably, had a monkey tail. This, was Broly. Or the new Broly at least. 

Slowly the eyes of Broly began to creep open, revealing dark colored eyes that were borderline black. Slowly beginning to sit up, the teen let out a deep grunt. 

Looking down, Broly blinked at the sight of her clothes, or the lack of them. As all she had on at the moment, were her pants (that were quite tight) and what was basically a bra that held up her sizeable breasts. 

‘...Could have at least given me a shirt’ Broly thought with a sigh, before she got to her feet, immediately noticing the height difference, and the tail that swished about behind her. 

Clenching her fist, Broly felt the power within her, most notably the magic that was just waiting to be used. Walking to a nearby wall, she swung back and through a bunch, only to watch as the entire wall crumbled like paper, as the walls began to fall around her, the area quaking slightly. 

‘Probably shouldn’t stay in here’ Broly decided, before walking out of the cave, eyes widening slightly at the sight before her, as the cave crumbled behind her. 

‘...The boiling isles, huh?’ Broly thought, a small smile forming on her face at the sight. 

Looking at the boiling waters below, Broly had only one thought on her mind at that moment. 

‘...I think I’m going to like it here’

That’s the end of the chapter!

This was sorta just a random idea I got when I was bored, and I thought “Why not?”. As you’d assume, Broly is op, but not unstoppable, especially not in this starter universe (where she only has magic, which is weaker than DBZ Ki). This starter universe will basically be her just getting used to life, and growing. 

She’ll be similar to Broly, and will be quite antisocial. So don’t expect her to talk alot. 

I plan on making a couple more vault fics/chapters. 

1 that involved a certain female King of Heroes in Marvel Comics, 1 involving Outerbanks (an idea I’ve had for a while), and potentially more. I also have an idea for a crossover that I might make eventually, but that won’t come for quite some time, as the movie I need to watch to be able to make it, only just came out.
