Chapter 99 [Vault]

Title - The True King of Heroes: Multiverse Travels | Chapter 1

Those were the words that greeted a woman, a woman who had just died from a crazy gold-digging ex that wanted all her wealth for herself. The woman scowled in response. 

“So let me guess, I have been chosen to reincarnate, and am about to either get a system, wishes, or wheel spins to decide my fate. Then, after that, I’ll be whisked off to a random universe that you have chosen, probably a dangerous one like Marvel comics” The woman spoke out, as the glowing words almost looked like they…faltered? And then continued. 

[That is…correct. This is quite…unusual, as you were supposed to freak out and get mad]

“Oh I am pissed, but not at you. Instead, I am pissed at the gold-digging bitch that killed me in the first place, and has ruined my years of developing my company!” The woman growled, angry that all her work was for nothing. 

[If it makes you feel any better, your guards shot her dead soon after,  and she is currently rotting in hell. Your company was taken over by your assistant, who continued the good work of it in your name. By the end of the 21st century, it was the largest company in the world, responsible for the creation of numerous cures and vaccines. These accomplishments are a part of why you are here, as you have saved tens of billions, if not hundreds, thanks to you creating the company]

“...Well that makes me feel a bit better, but not by much” The woman said with a sigh, happy that her company at least did some good. Her assistant and her were a thing before she died, so she was happy the woman took on her dream for her. 

[Now, let us get this done with, considering you know what you must do already]

After the being spoke, a large gleaming wheel fluttered into form in front of them. 

[You have 1 spin for your body. Mattering on what body you get, you may get the powers, abilities, and knowledge of that individual. After that, you have five more spins, which will decide the rest of your powers and abilities. After that point, you will receive 1 new spin every 5 years , and for every new multiverse you travel to, and that is it. Higher likelihood of getting more characters from the universe your body is from. Your starter universe is MCU but with heightened levels of power]

Hearing this, the woman let out a breath and walked forward, before grasping the wheel and spinning as hard as possible. 

Watching after numerous names ticked on by, the woman’s eyes went wide as she read the name of the character she had the body of.

[...Well, it would seem you have gotten quite lucky, child. Although, I do hope you can control that arrogance, even if only a little]

“Yeah right, I was already arrogant in my past life. But now that I’m going to have the memories of Gilgamesh added in? I’ll be seeing all those around me as mongrels in no time at all” The woman said with an eye roll. 

“Ah, and I’m assuming this body of mine will be female, right? I’d rather not become a man”

[Correct]

“Good” The woman said with a small sigh of relief, before walking back to the wheel, breathing in deeply, and spinning as hard as she could. 

Once more she walked as named ticked by rapidly, new names appearing rapidly, before eventually, 5 names appeared in front of her, five names of power.

Reading through the characters, the woman deadpanned “I’m not complaining, but this feels like major overkill” 

[...I’d agree, but it would seem that you have gotten quite lucky. Also, certain beings in the MCU are quite powerful, you know. Like the Gods, celestials, etc at their full power and such]

“...If you say so. So, what now?”

[Now, you get sent to that universe. Enjoy your new life…Gilgamesh]

“...Thanks” The woman muttered, before everything went dark, and she was dragged from the infinite void that was previously surrounding her.

Within a small rundown room, a gorgeous woman lay, a woman that was practically divine in beauty. 

Long practically golden hair cascaded behind her, perfect unblemished skin, a toned stomach with the perfect amount of muscle, a large and yet perfect set of breasts and an equally perfect behind. The most striking part of her was her eyes, as they slowly began to creep open, revealing bright crimson eyes akin to blood. Upon each of her fingers was golden rings, all the exact same as one another, these were Solomon/her rings. This, was Gilgamesh, or the new one at least. 

Looking around her room, Gilgamesh let out a huff “How…unsightly. That…thing, could have at least put me in somewhere nicer than this little…dump” Gilgamesh said, getting to her feet with a huff, the memories of the characters having already been perfectly assimilated into her. 

Stopping, she noticed a small note. Grabbing it, she began to read it. 

Congratulations on finishing your reincarnation, Gilgamesh. You are currently in a small town in New Mexico, in the Year 2011. Use this knowledge well, Gilgamesh. Enjoy your new life. 

“How…annoying” Gilgamesh muttered as she flicked her wrist, the paper burning away. 

“Seems the little thunder god should be somewhere in this town” Gilgamesh muttered, sensing some power near her, it was sealed, but it was powerful. Not as powerful as her of course, but it was certainly more than any normal mongrel. 

“As tempting as it is to take that little hammer of his…I’ll let him keep that. The destroyer on the other hand…that will be a fine addition to my collection” Gilgamesh, a small smirk forming on her face at the thought of taking the sentient armor. It wasn’t powerful or anything, but it was certainly an interesting little thing. 

“The Ten rings will be a good addition as well. A set of iron man armor is a must. Captain America’s shield could be interesting, but that will be a waste of time. Oooh, vibranium will be a fine addition as well. The metal is quite impressive, even to my standards. A deal with those Wakandan’s should be easy enough, or I could just steal it…either is fine” Gilgamesh said as she glanced at her reflection, happy with her new appearance. 

“Now…let’s see where exactly I am”

Was originally going to be a Marvel Comics fic, then an OUAT one, but I decided on just doing a MCU one in the beginning. Not sure who the love interest is going to be, might not even have one in the first world. 

I plan on making a vault fic for Agents of Shield soon, Outerbanks, and some others. Potentially more today, not sure.
