Chapter 108 [Vault]

I had died. Death had claimed me after a cop had mistaken me for a criminal, and I had died at the hands of the actual one. 

My life was an unfortunate one, being forced into the foster care system after the death of my parents, which was soon followed by going homeless after running away from one of the particularly awful ones. 

I had little knowledge in the area of fiction, besides a handful of universes, comics being the main one, DC Comics and Marvel Comics being the biggest sources of comfort for me. I had lived behind a comic shop for nearly a year, and the old man that ran it was kind enough to give me food and water, and let me read comics for free. Sadly the man passed from old age, and his shop was forced to close, leaving me with nothing once more. 

The second source was one of my foster families, in which their actual kids had showed me the wonders of anime, Dragon Ball being the one that they enjoyed the most. I liked that family, but I was forced away from it after a incident at the school they enrolled me in, something they didn’t want to do, but were forced to. 

Throughout my life I was burdened with bad luck, tragedy after tragedy, until I had finally died, alone, homeless, at the age of 20. 

And now I was here, in an infinite void that sort of sounded like those fanfic situations the biological son of that foster family had told me about. A void that was soon tainted with a brilliant glow, forming into large words that I read, albeit slowly, my reading was awful thanks to a lack of schooling. 

[You who have died, have been chosen! You have been chosen to reincarnate into a universe of your choosing, with a random set of characters abilities, and a singular companion, as well as one item owned by one of those characters. Please spin the wheel in order to decide the amount of characters, and then spin it again for the characters]

“Wha-what?” I muttered, confusion filling me at the words, Charlie (my brother at one point) hadn’t explained this part to me. 

But seeing as I had no choice, I slowly walked forward, gripped the large golden wheel that formed in front of me, and spun it as hard as I possibly could with my weak body. 

Watching the wheel spin by, it slowly stopped. 

[6 Characters…congratulations, you have 6 characters you will get the powers and abilities of! That’s the maximum amount! Now please spin the wheel once more to decide them!]

At these words, my eyes lit up with glee as I spun it again, happy with what it was that I got. And even more happy that is was 6 of them!

Watching as the names ticked by, some recognizable and some not, my eyes widened dramatically as it stopped on 6 names, 5 of them being recognizable and the other one not as much, but I had heard the name a few times.

[Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan]

[Vomi - Android 21]

[Odin - The King of Asgard]

[Mobius - The Anti-Monitor]

[Note: The user, due to the…powerful characters they have gotten, has been given one singular weakness from them, which is that the user must feed on planets similar to Galactus, otherwise they will be weakened. The Mobius the user gains the power of is the current one, not the powerful version in Crisis on Infinite Earths]

“Anti-Monitor? That’s the one guy who almost destroyed the multiverse right? My knowledge on him wasn’t the best. I preferred the current comics” I muttered, I knew Beerus and Broly as they were Charlies favorite characters by a mile, while I knew Galactus from the comics, and Odin was…well kind of obvious, even for me. 

[Companion and item has been selected]

[Companion - Vados the Angel: The Angel from Universe 6, has now been chosen to be your angel in order to make sure you complete the duties you now inherit from these characters, which is primarily to consume worlds in order to stop overcrowding of worlds]

[“Item” - Taa II: The Worldship of the Eater of Worlds, and his home. It is roughly the size of a solar system and has it’s own gravitational pull, and is completely full of immensely advanced technologies and knowledge far beyond anything the Marvel universe had shown, to the point that not even Reed Richards understood any of it]

“Vados? That’s Beerus’s brothers Angel right? Uh…Champa? And a solar system sized ship sounds…badass to be honest, a little overkill though. But I guess If I’m about to become the Eater of Worlds, it’s only fitting” I said with a hum, not really all that against these “Duties” as they seemed pretty easy all things considered. Just had to find a planet that caught my eye and munch on it, seemed easy enough. Plus I wasn’t going to complain about a sexy attendant and teacher.  

“So uh, what now?”

[Your reincarnation shall begin, and the universe has been decided as…DC Comics. Enjoy your new life Celera Galactus Mortimer]

Blinking several times at the abrupt words, I couldn’t even utter a word as my vision began to go dark, and I was forced away from the void that had been surrounding me.

[3rd POV]

Within a large technologically advanced bedroom, a single figure lay. She was a tall 6’4 woman with long white hair, a rather…beautiful figure, and most notably, had pink colored skin with a long pink tail cascading behind her. Her face was akin to a Goddess’s, being perfect in every way, beyond what any mortal woman should or would have. 

Slowly the woman began to move, as her eyes began to open, revealing a powerful set of glowing eyes, dark red eyes with black sclera. 

As she began to sit up, Celera took in her surroundings as her senses began to rapidly grow, showing her the entirety of her ship, and her surroundings farther. Her mind had been seemingly adapted to this sort of thing, so she just calmly controlled her power and got to her feet. 

“...My ship is a lot bigger than I thought” Celera muttered as she walked out of her room, only to be greeted by an incredibly attractive woman in a similar getup to her, with long white hair and blue skin. This was Vados, her angel and attendant, as well as the most trustworthy person in the multiverse for Celera. 

“My Lady, I’m glad you’re finally awake” Vados spoke to her with a welcoming smile, as her new lord or in this case lady, was finally awake. 

“I am as well, Vados. And I must say, it’s nice to meet you” Celera said with a smile, not hiding her appreciation of the woman’s form, who giggled at the look. 

“You flatter me, my lady” Vados said with a giggle, but inwardly didn’t mind the looks her new lady was giving her. 

“Just speaking the truth is all, Vados” Celera said with a grin, before stopping as she felt the urge begin to fill her, the urge to feed. 

“It would seem it is time for your first feast. Shall I chart a course for the nearest planet? I believe there is one nearby that has a decent population that is in need of devouring” Vados asked, which Celera sighed but nodded to, as while she wasn’t too fond of the idea of eating the planets, she also knew it was needed. Plus, she wasn’t a good person, and now that she was a Cosmic entity, her regards for mortal life was different now, as it was quite literally in her nature to feed on the planets they lived on.

“As you wish, my lady. We should be there within the hour. Shall I make a normal meal while we wait? I believe this ship has some devices that can create some meals. Sadly I don’t think they will be all that tasty” Vados said with a sad sigh, wishing to eat some delicious food with her lady. 

“That will be good, Vados. And it should be 340 doors down to the right” Celera replied with a hum, as she now had all the knowledge about the ship in her mind. It seemed that the system or whatever it was, had given her the knowledge about the ship and how to use her powers on par with the characters themselves. Although, she would still learn under Vados, especially for that Ultra Instinct. 

“Well then, I’ll be off, my lady” Vados said with a smile as she walked off, starting her mini journey to grab her mistress some food. 

Watching her go, Celera let out a sigh as the angel swayed her hips, very obviously doing it on purpose, giggling slightly as she felt the gaze of her lady. 

‘...She’s definitely going to tease me relentlessly’ Celera thought with a groan, knowing that it was going to get increasingly hard to resist the temptation of her new angel, but if she had anything, it was control. Even if the woman was hot as hell and she was a lesbian cosmic entity that was definitely (totally) not going to try and get with various DC characters. 

“For now…let’s find the living room”

That’s the end of the chapter!

And this is easily the strongest character I’ve made to date. As the combination of Saiyan with her other characters is…insane. I was originally going to do five characters, until I saw how impossible it was to find any good female saiyan destroyer art that wasn’t borderline hentai. That was until I saw the Android 21 destroyer art, and I thought “Why not”. 

And she is now a Cosmic entity in the upper echelons of the DC universe, and when she uses Super Saiyan, she’s top tier. Add in her ability from Android 21 which lets her turn people (and more now) into sweets and gain their powers after eating them, and you gain an incredibly powerful entity that is also incredibly dangerous. Not to mention the fact that she has: Power Cosmic, Ki, The Odinforce, Magic, and Anti-Matter. 

Basically, she’s op as hell. 

Originally this was going to be a Marvel fic, until I realized that…there wasn’t really enough strong foes. As while the upper tiers of Marvel is definitely stronger than the upper tiers of DC, DC tends to have more powerful heroes than Marvel, as Marvel has way more street-level heroes than anything. While DC has a shit ton of super-op beings that are a part of the Justice League, many of them being able to give base Celera a decent fight (Superman, Doctor Fate, Wonder Woman, Flash, Raven, etc). 

I’ve also given Celera the same weakness as Galactus as a sort of balancer. But it’s not nearly as weakening as Galactus due to her having other power sources, and eventually, she’ll overcome it, but that is in the future.

Vados is the only love interest that is 100% happening at the moment.
