Time had passed since the initial sparring match with Qingyue, an entire month. During that month, she had continued to train and spar with the girl, as they both grew quite a bit during that time, using each other to grow. Qingyue had managed to break through into the second level of True Profound, which was a big breakthrough for someone in that realm. 

Thanks to the constant sparring, Fenghua had gained more control and understanding of her techniques, growing to “8th level True Profound” in terms of Combat Prowess, far outweighing anyone else in the same realm as her, and that difference would only continue to grow the more she signed in. 

During that month, besides training and growing rather close to Qingyue, Fenghua had also been contemplating something, something very important, and that was…

Whether or not she should kill Yun Che. 

She felt bad, for the guy hadn’t done anything yet, nothing that he would do in the future (Like basically R@ping someone), and was still weak. But at the same time, she knew that if he was left alone, he would become a problem for her, as he would likely gain even more fortunate encounters than in canon, due to her existence, and his ridiculous luck. 

He was basically one of those cliche protagonists that only cared about women for their looks, and didn’t really pay attention to personality much. He also had the tendency to basically ignore or ditch women he got with, completely forgetting about them for long periods of time. Basically…scum, hence, Scum Che. 

But the more she thought of it, the more she decided that he needed…no HAD to die. He was a problem, one that she couldn’t let grow. He had items that she wanted, and he would get an inheritance, training, and techniques that she wanted. And so, after a month of waiting, on the day Yun Che would die, reincarnate into the past, and then return to the present, Fenghua was standing outside his home, waiting silently until he awoke. 

She would kill him for the betterment of herself, and likely many others. For he would cause a lot of chaos, death, and destruction, and had items that she wanted, most notably the “Sky Poison Pearl” one of the seven heavenly profound treasures, and the Mirror of Samsara, another that was one of the seven heavenly profound treasures. The best of the best in terms of treasures. 

The Sky Poison Pearl had the ability to cure ALL poisons under the heavens, regardless of how far it has progressed. It can even detoxify the very soul, but, mattering on how big the damages are, the time to purify would take longer. It also had “Absolute” purification which can be used to open all profound entrances, refine medicinal pellets perfectly with 100% effectiveness, and control medicinal energies unsurpassed. It could also be used to find herbs of great quality/rarity and perfectly harvest them without any damages to the herb. It even had an infinite inner storage space that can hold anything, with food and drink not being able to spoil inside, in the case of humans, it would only store their spirit form. 

Finally, it had the ability to release the immensely powerful poison known as the “Heaven Wounding Thought Severing Poison” one of the most powerful poisons in existence that can even kill devils and Gods, however, it could not longer do this due to the “Poison Spirit” having died, only being able to give off poisons that can kill Tyrant Profound cultivators. But Fenghua was sure that she could repair it eventually with the system. 

It was through this poison that Fenghua was willing to kill Yun Che, for he had used this poison to kill 7.7 million people, 33 cities, and 76 sects. Killing millions of innocent people, it was upon remembering this that Fenghua really decided to kill the man. 

And then there was the Mirror of Samsara, which wasn’t something she could control, but had one, very very powerful ability, and that was…the ability to control destiny. However, this could only be used once every 20 years, it isn’t known how it can be activated, and most of all, it has its own sentience, but it will ultimately work to aid the user, from what Fenghua knows at least. 

From outside his window, she quietly watched as he interacted with his aunt, as he looked confused and shocked, before she left, gazing down at his palm where the symbol for the pearl was. And seeing as no one was near, she wasted no time, and blurred from her location, leaping through the open window. 

“Who!?” Yun Che yelled, only to choke as she gripped his throat from behind. 

“I apologize for this, Yun Che. But…I cannot allow you to live. Just know that your aunt and grandfather will be taken care of, I promise” Fenghua said, as she did feel bad for the two of them. As he thrashed in her arms, she pushed her fingers forward, and hit several pressure points, as his eyes began to go dark. 

Laying him in his bead, she watched with a small sigh as a glowing green orb formed in front of her, the Sky Poison Pearl in all its glory, before her hand snapped forward and gripped it, as she let out a sigh, as it glowed and traveled into her palm, forming a small symbol as it did. 

Moving over, she grabbed his necklace, and pulled it off, for this necklace was the mirror of Samsara. It looked to be silver in color, and when opened, could be revealed to show a bright and clean mirror on each side.

Putting the necklace around her own neck, she gazed at his body, before speaking inwardly ‘System…sign in’

In essence, it can massively boost the user's cultivation speeds, as the symbol is able to “devour everything into nothingness and absorb different kinds of energy and convert it for its user”]

[Body - Ancestral Sacred Body: A unique body that has only belonged to Yun Che and the Ancestral God…until now. Those who have this body, are the only ones who can comprehend and cultivate the Law of Nothingness. Not a lot is known about this in the lore, but according to the system, this body also grants the user a few other abilities. 1: Massively increased comprehension speeds in regards to all forms of cultivation they come across to monstrous levels. 2: The ability to seamlessly use and absorb as many bloodlines, legacies, bodies, etc as they want without the normal drawback that would come from it. 3: Increasing the user's power, making them even stronger than someone in their level should be. 4: Increased Cultivation Speeds, allowing the user to break through faster than before. Further abilities may be revealed in the future]

[Sword Art/Technique - Moon Breathing: The “Moon  Breathing” is a breathing style used by only one individual in the demon Slayer Universe. It is made up of 16 different techniques in one “Art” of sorts, Due to the user possessing Profound Energy, this “Moon Breathing” is much more literal, and may have new and unique usages]

Fenghua, reading the three rewards, felt her eyes widen in shock. The Devouring Ancestral Art alone was incredible, due to its wide range of uses, and ability to massively improve cultivation speeds even more than before. That, and when it came to cultivation anything to do with “Devouring” tended to be incredibly powerful. 

The sword art was great, as it would mesh well with her current sword art, and would likely work well with her overall powers at the moment. 

But the thing that caught her eye the most, was the new body, because it was…incredible, simply incredible. As the law of Nothingness, was basically the best of them all in this universe, one that was even stronger than something like her Power of Destruction (...Probably). And now she had the ability to cultivate and understand it, once she broke into the Realm of the Gods, aka Divine Origin and above, which is what came after the Sovereign Realm. 

‘I can’t assimilate something like that here’ Fenghua thought, as she gazed at the corpse of Yun Che, before glancing and leaping back through the window, running off as his Aunt returned, a scream soon echoing from her lips upon realizing he was dead. 

‘I’m sorry, but it’s for the best’ Fenghua thought as she heard the screams, a sigh escaping her lips, as she took off. 

‘This is the life of a cultivator’ Fenghua knew it was inevitable that she would do something like this, as she HAD to, but it didn’t make her any less uncomfortable. But at the least, she would take care of the one that had killed Yun Che in the first place, and would cause problems for his family. 

‘But first, let’s assimilate these new rewards’

In her home, Fenghua sat, sweat dripping from her brow as the assimilation was being undergone, pain beyond anything she had ever felt before ripped through her, as she assimilated something that she shouldn’t have, couldn’t have, and yet, she did. Every fragment of her body was being changed and improved, as she assimilated and adapted to the new body, as the ancestral symbol formed in front of her, glowing with a powerful, and ancient light. 

Knowledge on the Moon Breathing flowing into her brain, as she soon let out a sigh of pleasure, as the pain ceased. She could feel herself breakthrough into the peak of 6th level Nascent Profound, and 4th level Nascent Profound in Demonic Energy. Her combat prowess was immense, growing to 1st level of Spirit Profound, and that was without learning some of the better techniques that she’d be learning from Jasmine. 

As the assimilation ended, she got to her feet, sighing as she walked off to take a quick bath to get all the gunk off her body.

After a quick bath, she was back outside, walking through the streets, listening to the whispers. 

“Hey, did you hear Xiao Che died?”

“Wait really? But wasn’t he supposed to marry the Young Miss of the Xia Clan?”

“Yeah! And word is he died from a heart attack, but people are saying it might be foul play by one of the other Xiao Clan members” 

Walking past them, Fenghua smiled inwardly ‘Looks like it went how I expected. Now I just need to get rid of the man who killed him, and my debt is paid. Xiao Yulong, but he’s a weak man only at 3rd Level Nascent Profound, so it’ll be easy’ Fenghua thought, as she found that she was VERY adept at hiding, thanks to using demonic energy, she could use her imagination (as that is what demonic magic relied on) to hide herself from the gaze of others, which is why no one noticed her killing Yun Che. 

Walking off, she continued to the Xiao Clan’s compound, and walked in, no one even noticing as she walked past them, making her way to where Yulong was. It wasn’t long before she found the man, pervertedly giggling alone in his room. 

“Kahahaha! Now that Xiao Che is dead, Qingyue will be mine to claim!” Yulong said with an excited grin, while Fenghua just sighed, and moved forward in a burst of speed, and before he could even react, he was dead, in the exact same manner as Yun Che, as she laid him down on the bed, and teleported off with a demonic circle. 

‘I forgot how weak the cultivators in Floating Cloud City are’ Fenghua thought with a small chuckle as she reappeared in her home. 

‘And now…now I just wait for Jasmine to appear. Then I’ll talk with Qingyue, and it’ll be time to leave this place’ Fenghua thought, knowing that Qingyue would want to talk with her before she left. The two of them had grown quite close over the month, with Qingyue giving Fenghua lingering looks and soft touches, and Fenghua openly teasing the girl during their matches. 

Leaning back in her chair, Fenghua had one final thought on her mind, as she began to cultivate until then. 

‘...Let’s hope this all goes well’

That’s the end of the chapter!

Whooo! Scum Che is dead! Literally everyone agreed that he had to die, so…he’s dead. I do feel bad for his Aunt, so I made the MC repay them in the form of killing Yulong. 

Current Guaranteed Harem - Qingyue, Chu Yuechan, Cang Yue, Jasmine, and likely more. 

This fic will not only be a cultivation story, but it will eventually develop into a kingdom building fic as well, but that’ll be later on. 

I was also thinking of having the MC eventually travel to other cultivation worlds, like Soul Land, Martial Peak, Battle Through the Heavens, and the like, before she ascends to Godhood (Divine Origin Realm). But we’ll see.
