Time had passed since her initial summoning of her first five groups, over 3 months. 

During that time, Victoria had focused on interacting with her various summons and the factions' different leaders. With them having every meeting on the Leviathan, the ship that she now lived in, after Callus willingly gave up the throne, allowing her to live on the massive world-eating ship. A ship that had the greatest security of the Empire within it, with new guards being added with every new summoning. 

She now had guardians that patrolled within the ship, alongside the terminators that were now being produced at increasing speeds with the Cabals massive stockpile of materials. Of course she also had several Viltrumites that guarded her, with the biggest of them being Conquest, who was now her right hand man, while the rest focused on repopulating with willing participants.

Of course, she hadn’t just focused on the existing summons, but new ones as well. She ended up summoning a grand total of 10 more summons during that time, leaving her with 35 more to use. These 10 summons had been…great.

Each of the new additions had been…sizable. Especially the Covenant, the Cardassian union, and the Cybertronians. The latter because of the sheer power they had, as they were all walking weapons of massive power, with the ability to grow even stronger in the future. 

The Covenant and Cardassian union were absolutely massive, with hundreds of billions of members of each, spread across the stars, and they were now spread across the stars of her Solar System, a solar system far larger than the one that Earth was held within. 

With their additions, the rate of growth of the other factions of her Empire was rapidly growing with the aid of other factions. Skynet especially, with tens of thousands of new terminators being produced daily, and several new upgrades being made per month, they were growing at an incredible rate, with Skynet itself massively growing as it had been upgraded dozens of times through the aid of other factions, catapulting it into an AI that was spread across the stars, controlling dozens of factories that were producing various products, including the terminators. 

Her people had all but adapted to the new changes that were constantly coming thanks to new factions joining them regularly, and racism between factions was minimal, mostly because of her close watch on them all. 

As she had sat upon her golden throne on the Leviathan, she heard the footsteps of her right hand man, Conquest. 

“Empress, we’ve come with some…news” Conquest spoke, as Victoria looked up, a raised eyebrow in response to what her right hand had said. 

“What sort of…news?”

“Our scouts have found the barrier between our galaxy and the next, the one that is protecting us from the…fools that will inevitably come for our glorious Empire” Conquest spoke, as Victoria nodded slowly.

“And?”

“And it would seem that there is…quite a large group on the otherside…waiting. They are advanced in nature, and from what their description has stated, are seemingly fighting over our Empires land, land that they believe rightfully belongs to them” Conquest replied, as Victoria frowned. 

The barrier between her galaxy and the next was basically a large, infinite wall that could not be broken through by anything or anyone. However, she could see onto the other side, and other species of high enough technological level, could “sense” and “see” the barrier. Hence why there was already a gathering forming on the other side.  

“So a bunch of pests that want our land? How…annoying” Victoria said with a sigh, having a feeling that something like this would happen. She still wasn’t sure what universe she was in, but it was powerful, whatever it was. 

It also didn’t have any sort of force within it. As she had noticed recently, thanks to the knowledge she had from all the characters she was given in the beginning, that her force powers were…weakened, massively so. Seemingly because of the cosmic hierarchy of this universe, or perhaps something about the way it was made. Whatever it was, she couldn’t use even 25% of the total power she would have normally had. Which sounds bad, but she still had the ability to lift and pull massive items the size of star destroyers with ease. 

“What shall we do, your grace?” Conquest asked. 

“We can see them, but they cannot see us, correct? Well, we’ll simply have to wait. I will begin to bring about more subjects for the Empire, and we shall see if any of them are placed in the line of sight of the pests. Ah, and how many are there?”

“Hard to say. But we estimate millions of soldiers, tens of thousands of ships of various kinds” Conquest replied, as she nodded slowly. 

“Manageable enough, as long as their technology isn’t too advanced to deal with. Alright, leave me, I’ll be bringing about new subjects. Ah, and tell Thragg to focus more on the repopulation program, the Viltrumites shall be important for future…acquisitions” Victoria said with a small smile as the man grinned and nodded, before bowing and walking off, leaving Victoria alone. 

Seeing that the man had left her alone in her throne room, Victoria leaned back, sipping on her wine as she activated her ability.

“Starship troopers huh. How interesting” Victoria muttered, as she selected the United Citizen Federation, feeling as her Empire grew, Earth growing with it in order to house the new citizens, as it did every time. It was basically the capital planet of the Empire, but not its birthplace, that belonged to the planet known as “Nyx”  due to its dark colored waters and its especially dark nights. It had a small city blooming upon it known as “Nyxus” and was beginning to gain more and more inhabitants. 

With the new federation in her empire, Victoria leaned back and decided to do it a few more times, and found herself choosing a select group of new factions for her Empire, all of them appealing in one way or another.

The 10 new summoned factions had strengthened her empire by an absolutely monstrous amount. The Forerunner Empire being the best of them all, thanks to the sheer numbers they had, and the weapons they did. Like the Ark, the Halo installations, the Maethrillian which was basically a planet sized construct that they had made, and everything else they had ever produced. And that, all of that, was now in her glorious Empire. 

Sitting upon her throne, she could feel the new additions begin to get summoned around the galaxy, as millions upon millions of worlds were changed, Earth grew, and countless lives were born. She could feel the production of technology and her people’s cheers as more people were added upon her glorious Empire. 

Victoria smiled, pleased with the reactions and the new summons that would be added onto her Empire. An Empire that would need to be stronger than even now if she wished to deal with those that wished to claim upon it. Who they were she didn’t know, but she would soon be receiving pictures of what they were, and once she did…

It would be time to prepare.

But for now, Victoria leaned back onto her throne, sipped her wine, and had one thought on her mind.

‘...Let’s hope this universe is as interesting as it’s looking to be’

Any guesses on the universe? I can tell you that it’s a powerful one that has some feats that are truly insane. It’s also one of the most powerful fictional universes out there due to this. 

Victoria will not have a harem and will have a singular love interest. 

A lot of the numbers for the summons were gotten from Reddit and estimates, but some of them were just made up by me as there isn’t any sort of information on them. 

Also, just wondering, would anyone be interested in a vault fic on the show “Succession”? I’ve been binge watching it and thought it’s really good, so I was thinking of making a fanfic with that and a couple of other shows in one universe, with Succession being a big focus. I also might be making a OUAT vault fic soon too, if anyone’s interested.
